At CrossFit 466, we utilize functional movements that make you fitter for your every day life inside AND outside of the gym. Our constantly varied programming is designed to keep you from becoming bored while making sure you are not so sore that you can’t come back the next day. The high intensity nature of our CrossFit & Bootcamp workouts is intended to produce the most ideal response for your body in a short time frame. Our classes are fun and we pull the best of the best from all fields of athletics: endurance, speed training, kettlebells, gymnastics, Olympic and power weightlifting, etc!
We keep all of our classes to a maximum of ten athletes. This ensures that each member is receiving personal attention every single time they walk through the door, something that cannot be offered at larger gyms. Our experienced coaches get to know you and your personal goals. They make sure that you are doing the appropriate workout for your fitness level. Our tight knit community is made up of people from all different walks of life but share one common theme, they love to work out and support each other! They are strong, humble, inviting and as we insist check any ego at the door.
